Geno’s Getaway

This is a review of the Escape Room “Geno’s Getaway” offered by Fox-n-Otter in Ashville, NC, USA.

We found his getaway car, a Mini Cooper, in some kind of garage. It seems our Geno was in quite a hurry, because his car has a few bullet holes. We are trying to recover the gold he stole and hopefully we will catch Geno as well.

Fox-n-Otter has two locations in Asheville, North Carolina. There are three escape games in the South Location – THE SUPER SECRET, THE DAVINCI DIAMOND and THE WONDER CABIN and one (soon to be two), which can also be played remotely, in the Mall Location – GENO’S GETAWAY, FANTASTIC FOREST (coming soon).

The picture and sound quality was good, and the game was very entertaining. Especially because of the great performance of our nice GM/Avatar Jon. We had fun and laughed a lot! There were many puzzles of different kinds and we were continuously busy for about 50 minutes, without the game flow ever getting stuck. A rather curious ending. We are already looking forward to the second Remote Game.
