(By Edaqa) Houdini, one of the original masters of illusion. Take a tour of his world, to combat charlatans and practice the art of escape. We took a step inside his museum and wrapped ourselves in his history.

The theme is perfect for an escape room. And the room is beautifully constructed. There was much to absorb, and many details to observe. The builders, I mean this museum’s caretakers, had plenty of vision. They clearly took pride in constructing this room. A wonderful assortment of furniture, props, technology, and secrets. I can’t think of anything that was out-of-place.

And what’s the best way to make use of splendid ambience? Craft puzzles that use the decorations fully, leaving nothing to waste. There is a wide variety of activities and mechanisms, with a good combination of brain work and tactile exploration. It all ran smoothly — no jiggling, no unknown effects, no frustration.

We got delayed in a few spots. But the reflective tip system was so nice that I suggest you get stuck as well.

Were this room only half as long I don’t think I’d be upset. It’s truly a solid construction, an example of what all escape rooms should strive for. Top quality enjoyment.
